    Has been posted before, but this one may be more up-to-date. There was a post here somewhere a year or so ago with a video of a Ferrari F1 with Schumacher driving, and I think a Fiat sedan, at Fiorano IIRC. The sedan took off while Schumi drank coffee and read the paper. Fired his F1 up a minute or so later, and beat the sedan to the line.

    Also remember that around the mid 90's the track was changed and made quicker. So the times from say '95 and before really can not be compared to the later times. They say you can remove about a second or more from the pre-'95 times to make it more fair.

    Also, I don't believe some of the new times from Ferrari. Just too perfect how each new car is just a bit quicker then the last.

    Also, imagine what a F40 would run if it had modern tires????

    Good thing this came up again.
    I tried to ask arround on this F Chat a year or so ago, and had very few replies.
    Hope someone sits on reliable info out there, willing to share.
    Is there any official site or so ?
    Is it possible to check, otherwise anybody can just siyt at home writing and making up their own creative numbers...
