How easy is it to get the car on and off the boat. Wouldnt you need special ramps to drive it off the back deck up onto the dock, not to mention im sure only certain ports would work for that. But such a cool idea.

As Paul Allen laughs his ass off...

... it's lame. As Andrew pointed out - wrong car. And what's the deal with this promo for the movie? "Interior Decorating for the James Bond Nerd" ? "We have it all folks! Cardboard cut-outs and blue carpet with movie titles on it!"

The "Gone with the Wind" garage is so much cooler.... And it's on a yacht with a heli-pad.

Paul Allen's "garages" on the octopus. The one up top is more like a hanger. Helicopter is on the left. Car in the middle is a G-class Benz. I guess you could call the bottom one a "boat garage"

P.S. Sad to hear news of his cancer today

+1 on the Sad to hear about his Cancer he's one of our local billionaires that's fun to follow. Always something cool going on in his life.

"You know you are rich when" Your boat garage on your yacht holds a 60ft shell...lol

Every summer, I see the same yacht, and I think it's this one!
In St Tropez, and there is the G-Class too!
There was a Scuderia on the "Parking du Port", near a big yacht :D

Holy crap, I just noticed the Gelandewagen and how small it is compared to the rest. This is living large, literally... Is he Paul Allen as in co-founder (or something) of Microsoft...?

Yes, Paul Allen is the co-founder of Microsoft. He left the company in 1983 to deal with health issues and was just recently found to have cancer. It's sad, but he wasn't sitting around counting his money... he's been having fun for years and living like a billionaire.

    I wish him the best.

i'm sorry, but as far as super yacht's go, paul's is really cheap. i've been on it and the finish is very 'average' for such an expensive boat and it's way to cluttered with helicopters, submarines, toys, etc. not as classy as some of the others out there.

regardless - i guess it says something when you have a "garage" on your "boat". ha!

*p.s.s - horrible to hear the news of his cancer as well. very sad news.

He uses it for fun....why wouldn't you have toys on 1 of 3 he owns. I suppose if he wanted the biggest clutter free yacht out there he could sell the 3 he's got and buy a new one or maybe just buy it anyway and keep these 3 CHEAP ones
