thankfully they didn't make a ragtop version for your car. mentioning ragtops, i am confused about that new Boxster Spyder. isn't it a Cayman without the roof? and isn't the Boxster already a ragtop? so what or where exactly does this new model fit into? so why name a Cayman ragtop a Boxster Spyder?
I would take the GTS over te Grancabrio anyday given its sound and performance. Don't really prefer the auto transmission. Takes the x-factor of true driving experience away When's the launch anywayy!
i'm truly grateful ... it's called brand positioning via advertising ... just a novel way to separate u from yr cash ...
Yes Sam has lots of patience to explain technical terms. Veryy nice person. I guess both of us have to agree that the GTS is a very good daily car!
Yeah same sentiments here. The term Boxster was coined for a convertible and now they are adding another word which has the same meaning to it..Confusing and pointless..
What are they asking for the LP640 anyway? Went to view a black one earlier this yr. In terms of performance, I still think the Ferrari's better!
on 1 hand they make really nice and good cars like the GT3RS and the Turbo but on the other hand you get this Cayman Boxster frankenstein
Yeah as shown on TG, the shape of the roof looks a little wierd. I think it resembles the Murcie Roadster's roof. Anyway, the first episode of Season 14 was one of the most epic ever! Plenty of fanastic cars all in one episode!
Should wait for the 640 successor since it's coming soon..599 can still consider coz I don't think replacement not yet due. Definitely consider the GT3 / RS. Hell of a machine that one!
Yes indeed, what are they asking for it? Looks like you've finally caught the fchat post bug after 5 years
Hmmm 500k can consider..I thought it was going to be closer to 600k initially..Personally, I would still take a GTS for the more engaging Cambiocorsa gearbox and the sound it makes is simply out of this world.
Anyone seen this 348 and Testarossa yet? http://www.sgcarmart.com/used_cars/info.php?ID=58217&DL=1201 http://www.sgcarmart.com/used_cars/info.php?ID=66900&DL=1000
GT3/RS doesn't come with paddles does it? I quite like manuals since my daily driver in Aus is a manual, but they're definitely inferior to paddles and sort of detract from the performance of a high end sports car.
I think the current GTS looks much nicer. I'm a fan of convertibles, but the Grancabrio looks way too much like a 3 series without the roof, not exactly the most flattering resemblence to have.
Haha yes you postwhore in the making! I just saw a 370z for the first time earlier. It looked somewhat like a mini gtr
Yup GT2,GT3 and RS are not available in PDK or Tiptronic, purely manual only. I think Porsche wants to retain their image as a proper driver's car.
