    Mate, depends what you want. For power increases, a combination of first an exhaust, and then an ECU remap to maximise the exhaust will be needed. BUt there are seriously some exhaust systems out there that reduce power across the range regardless of ECU remapping.

    So best to get a trusted exhaust even if the sound is not exactly what you want.... otherwise you may have a great sounding car that is slower than stock... its all about that thin line between sufficient back pressure to maximise low end torque and acceleration versus low pressure to liberate high end HP and top end speed....

    For ECU remapping DMS does lots of tuning BUT there are other tuners out there depending on brand of car- for a basic reflash, DMS is satisfactory. For a proper retune, you would go with a MOTEC ECU system and full reprogram based on exhaust etc on a dyno.

    Did not change anything else on the car. So right after the remap the exhaust sound changed... this was on the CS not on the turbo. And the exhaust note was noticeably lower...
