I do not believe that Birdman is selling....

....his wife's Mondial. Talk about a bad move - he damn well be getting her something better. True - it's in the ad section.

 

I was shocked to learn the Birdman is selling this fine Ferrari after all the work he has invested in this car. Birdman was one of the leading Mondial proponents on this site. Birdman without a Mondial, what next? Bullfigter without a 328? Oh wait, I saw his 328 here in MA last week!

 

Ferrarri owners are a finicky lot , indeed.

Could it be that he found a - - VALEO - - Mondial t for his wife? How cool would that be??

Ouch, I was kinda hoping nobody in the 308 section would notice the car was mine. Yeah, it's a sorry state of affairs....too many cars, not enough garage space. It finally came down to either building another garage, or doing something much easier--selling one car. I just don't drive them both enough to justify having two, and my wife NEVER EVER drives the Mondial. Someone is going to get one hell of a decent car for a very good price in this economy. I have worked all the bugs out of this Mondial. Basically it's a QV for 2 valve money.

Hope my wife doesn't see this, I am leaning towards building...

 

I was seriously leaning towards building another garage about a year ago, but several things came up, not the least of which being a partner bailing on another property I own...the economy sucks.

 

The economy will come back. And there is a reason that we invented contracts, and legal proceedings...

 

Yeah, the partner in question has been a friend since 5th grade, and he got laid off and can't help it. I feel bad for him. Last thing I'm going to do is sue the poor guy.

 

Litigation is not cheap. Weigh your options wisely. I have invested a 512 boxer (150k) this year on legal fees and still not done. We will be into 2011 on this one! Gotta love litigation and billable hours!

Nice car. Thanks for the fusebox too. I was surprised to see it on my return from Europe. Now all i have to do is install it!

I'm pretty sure there is, but I'm not that tall. The car has plenty of headroom. Where are you in VT? Come check it out before the snow flies.

Seriously tho, it's a great daily driver car for someone.

 

Christine and I stood in the garage today, looking at the car, and started seriously thinking about keeping it and the hell with it. But as of now it's still for sale.

Sure is a pretty car. I'm really torn on selling it. I love the car. But we are so short on garage space, time to drive 4 cars, and we could use the money.
