There is another type which is to simply drive up two tight ramps. I suppose u should just build your house elevated above the "carpark" & have it air-con!

U need to reverse deep in, any few inches out & your nose will be sliced off by the pillar which has a sensor anyway. So if an idiot don't park properly, all the cars on top won't come down!
