Gary wanted to let me listen to the exhaust system. Was doubting the loudness of the system when he told me to stand by the side and not directly behind the car. But when he floored the pedal, damnn it sounded so loud.

Having an exhaust system that sounds good completes the overall driving experience on top of the handling of the car.

You mean an impossibility. Btw you've turned out to be quite the post whore this morning CPL Ng! I initially thought it was MP but you're the cause of this massive amount of early morning catch up!

Yes indeed, these sort of outings have a tendency to get you wet.

Mate unfortunately he is in Japan at the time of that track day, but he will be in Sepang with me on either of the Maximus or the PCS track day in January.... he is a very regular track guy so his GT2 will very likely find itself at the TCC trackdays as well as he was a regular there.... and he aint scared of battle scars either....

I must be getting old, I removed my loud exhaust from my car after just one track day... realised that for me I prefer the gentler sounds of standard exhausts over the loud blapping that sounds impressive from outside but is just a stinking pain in the ears inside the car... only want to hear Muse from inside. hehe...

Definitely. But prefer my sound over that setup. More of a rumble and lots of backfire during downshifts. It just brings smiles to your face!

Speaking of handling... I hope IA gets back to me about the HGTE package soon. Their sales people aren't as professional as HSM's people from what I've seen so far... But they're certainly prettier :D
