All you need to know is 2 things. First, steer into the spin and secondly even if you have 4-wheel drive you will not stop any quicker. This is from years of experience of living in CO looking at cars with TX plates in the ditch
Nearly froze to death on my way in to work this morning. I'm going to the Stars game tonight so maybe it is just part of the experience. I thought I left the cold weather in Utah.
No Greg, you got it wrong and it is very important that you pass along the correct information. The correct rule is... "steer away from the spin and stomp on the gas..." Oh no, wait...that's what you do in an empty parking lot for fun. Sorry my bad.
No snow last night, but I did have the pleasure of driving a Mondial to Preston Hollow, top down, on the tollway. Cold is cold.. but I didn't seem to mind much. Now, if I can just get the 70k Service on the Rs6 finished up in time for the drive tomorrow, so I can get some of that 4 wheels steering action if needed. Steve
"steer away from the spin and stomp on the gas..." this is an especially fun technique to practice in the 930..
