    It is astonishingly beautiful though.

I like some Tri-decks but 150' long tri-decks...They're huge. Very difficult choice if you have the $$.

Beautiful lines! Congrats. You now have a water going vessel that may be close in matching the sound of your land vessel.

Nice!! I love that design, it looks a lot like the Donzi 41zsc I'm interested in.
How many of those did they make with the Merc 700 Supercharged, or is yours a one off? Could you put the Merc 1050's in it ? (devil grin)

    Awesome!!

Its a beautiful design, I love sunseeker..I think they are so classy and yet the superhawk series is just one hell of an animal. I wish we can drop the 1050's in her, but the 700's are as big as I can go. It is a one off. They dont produce them with petrols usually. Either twin 480 diesel's on Arneson drives, twin 315 deisels on stern or triple 315s.

I cant wait to test her. I should get a go before xmas at the factory before we ship her down here. Will post pics as I get them.

    (shameless bump......need deep-winter encouragement......)

If you recall post #4 of this thread showing our boat upside down and naked; we've made some progress since then; all new keel, new frames, new transom. We've just finished replanking the topsides; new decks are next, then finally the bottom. We're happy with how the planking came out. The chrome is looking mighty nice too.....

Back in 2004, I won a trip down to the Cigarette factory. My dad and I were flown down and arrived to a waiting limo at the airport. We were driven to the factory and met with Skip Braver, President of the company. We went out on a 42X with twin Merc 1075s with Bud Lorow (former offshore racer and Cigarette test driver) as our captain. I was 15 at the time and got to drive this baby 85mph - before I could legally drive a car! We got up to 107 off the coast of Key Biscayne and it's incredible that you can be 2 miles off shore in a minute! Bud and Skip told us how they would go from Miami to Key West FOR LUNCH on Skip's 46' Rough Rider "American Muscle." That evening, we went out to dinner with Skip and his son and were put up for the night. Toured the factory the next day and then flew home. I believe his garage is the second in this series.
