    just to get this straight- char siew at overseas ,hokien mee at imbi palace .. fried bee hoon at sultan's palace.lung, the only reason derek didnt whack your private portion of hokien mee was because he had whalloped large quantities of delicious flaming hot fried bee hoon,courtesy of the sultan's royal kitchen at the place. (yes i had a modest sampling of it too) wonder if they do tar pow

    at least the problem was easily fixed

    There is a little ridge inside the wheel that traps the water on some modular rims

    Actually it's the opposite. The centrafugal force actually keeps it inside the rim, thus throwing the wheel balance off

    Yeh that bee hoon was nice .. had several servings .. but nothing beats that char siew! :p

    I actually just gave him the pork lard but he said must have at least one noodle to camouflage the piece...then can say oh accidentally ate it. True story!
