When I renewed rd tax on my GTR during its 7th year, the road tax started to increase. I went to LTA and they showed me this complete mathematical formula that made my Econ and stats lessons pale in comparison.

I left LTA with my head hung low and a few hundred bucks less

Your patience and knowledge is really appreciated. Invaluable advice and opinions, thank you all.

I still haven't decided, but it's always good to get all the information. Hopefully at some point I might be able to join you folks on a drive. ;)

The question is, could you take them to court if they refused? Haha :D

looking at that pic I think it's more likely you'd want to take them to court if they tried too!

Wah, all the love! U guys don't get gay OK :D

Tiong, what are friends for yeah ;) Glad to share what I know so that we don't go through the same old sh*t again. When I bought my 1st Ferrari, nobody advised me :(

For the record, the 355 that so many of u guys shared actually came from none other than our KopiOkosong who bought it from my CO! Lung took it, TLC it then went on to Tiong, Leang etc. Always good to see the "growing years" & how we have matured since. Chatters came & went but the some of us foggies are still here ;)

While having a drink with Harold last week, we realised that we got acquianted when he was looking to buy my 348. Glad I didn't serve him a fixed lemon :p That was 5-6yrs ago?

Oh yes. Did u guys visit some palace here & is it open to public? That E type looks very unique. Hope it gets driven though.

Absolutely agree. In fact, I would like the parf to be as low as possible for a keeper. I've been keeping COE cars too as they offer value for money & somewhat rarer status by default. But I have a typical SG virus for not keeping anything more than 3yrs :D

Hmmm but I do have a Vespa that's with me for 16yrs!

The Murcie has to go as the parf is still worth S$320K+ plus an annual running cost of S$20K before depre for not using it much just don't make sense to me anymore. Cars are meant to be driven, more so for a supercar.

Dude, u can always join us for a drive first then exchange notes with other brudders here who are not as outspoken.

Don't say I didn't warn u. The last time someone joined us, he came back with a new exhaust while others went on a shopping spree :D

We visited the palace of the Sultan of Selangor, I'm pretty sure it's not open to the public haha. He really seems to love antiques and rolls royces, but considering he didn't even have a single lambo... I don't think he quite likes them :D

Hey guys, any thoughts or comments on the extended warranty? Perhaps someone has bought it and been grateful that he did? Or does anyone feel that it is a waste, all things considered? I'd be glad to have any input. Thanks!
