Thats an amazing dealership. Whats so sad is that the guys with the serious money just dont seem to have the taste nor appreciation for the truly fine automobiles like those in that dealership. Could you imagine bringing in that California or the SWB??? It would truly add to the car scene here... turn up in the SWB... some other guy turns up in a brand new 458 or Enzo.... I know which I would rather look at....

How much was the SWB going for? A couple million pounds? Cali would have been as much if not more..... wow I am still drooling mate!!!! Oh hang on... just noticed the 250 is not the SWB but LWB version... I will reduce the price a couple hundred thousand pounds....

It's a local magazine targetted @ the well heeled men. Expensive watches, wines, cars, bikes, suits, shoes & everything bespoke. Owner has my orange Gallardo. Geez, I kind of miss it now :)

Never had my hair done by him but he is quite a nice guy. In fact, most of them are. I freaked out when they invited me to a "men" only party.

Me too. Love the SL so much that I had 1.5 of it. A coupe & convertible. Still eyeing the Pagoda & of course the original 300SL but it's only LHD & prices I'll not afford. Strangely, the post R129 series don't tug my heart. Correct me if I'm wrong. I briefly saw that the new Gull wing is priced @ RM900K which means under S$500K?! That looks like a steal to me.

Oh boy, those are bad for the heart :p

The char siew don't look the business but roasted pork look interesting :)

Thanks bro. 60K, is that for a fixedhead or roadster? I'm thinking of an affordable one that can qualify for classic rallies, esp Mille Miglia & thought it has to be a pre 55. How much is a good E type? I have a pic of a black one in Singapore. Let me dig for u & I also saw a "barn find" 190SL being restored by my mechanic in Sin Ming. That is a nightmare restoration job.....

Anyway, I believe you'll save yourself several thousand pounds by going up north a little.

Yes mate, I know how you feel. In this respect, money can buy taste provided u know what you want! That GT does look like a SWB to me especially when you see how large that California is.

Did u guys see that lift system? That looks "do-able" & don't take up too much height. Fong, Mike, Leang & Sareve?

Not forgetting an Aston DB6? & an old F1 car?

Tim, thanks for providing these tearful pics. More please.

er.... u know the sister kind where diamonds are a man's best friend ;)

I'm not too sure as I thought it is another of those SLR & LHD thing. But if it's more massed, RHD & reasonably priced, I could be pulled.
