Hmmm getting technical here. I think should be ok as long as you own a Ferrari. The constitution does not say car must be in Singapore. I suppose can be member but on drives only Ferraris are allowed.
I heard it was a red F430 coupe with a number plate SJV3XXX, apparently driven by a lady too....hope she is ok.

The driver, however, walked away from the crash almost unharmed. The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) said an ambulance arrived at the scene at 7.18am to find the man standing outside his car. ZIC has some kind of a problem with China customs. Cannot get any cars into ZIC right now. My car had to leave for the normal 6 month round robin but cannot get back in. Many cars in same situation. Hopefully sorted by January
