    yep,limp mode was caused by failure of the sports mode shift motor,all fixed now.

    repaired 4 weeks ago,but about 4 times now it has shifted down to 3rd gear and stays their! Once car is turned off its fine for another week or so.
    Your thoughts?

    Not sure why, but I don't consider my 355 to be HD spec. Even though its a spider. Rose tinted glasses?
