yep,limp mode was caused by failure of the sports mode shift motor,all fixed now.

repaired 4 weeks ago,but about 4 times now it has shifted down to 3rd gear and stays their! Once car is turned off its fine for another week or so.
Your thoughts?

yep just holds 3rd gear.

 

Must have the same problenm as Chase hah. Did you have to call the Police.
