    Hi Andrew,

    No, 348 came with a second vent in the front spoiler from the factory, a few race cars have them plus a few road cars have been fitted with them. Mine also has a front splitter built in as well. The second opening does not do anything, but you could make it a brake cooler if you wanted too!

    Wow, it is the first time I hear about that. None of the books that I know has ever showed an original 348 with two vents. But it sure looks great!

    Hi,

    Thanks for the compliments, I love the looks of the 348 but it also looks like Ferrari forgot too add the vent to the other side to me!! As you said the Testarossa and the 512tr front look much better, evens the front up nicely.
