yup road tyres in the right lane .. hit a puddle & spat me out to the left. Luckily it wasnt right otherwise it wud have been into to armco railing. I agree with Lung .. in the wet try & stick in the middle lane, hold the wheel straight and dont touch them brakes.

You are right mate... there are brake markers... I am being told to lift off for starters at 200m and braking at 150m..... but on the front straight I just cant commit to even that yet. What I am trying to do in saying I want to lose the car around the turns is more pushing the limit through the turn and seeing how much speed I can carry through it before it starts to break away including playing with the throttle through the turn.... later will try for trail braking (like a LOT LATER), ala Smoothie... I see how he trail brakes his GT3 through the turns... magic.... the way he pivots that thing around every turn and never feels dramatic proving you dont have to brake only on the straights once you know how to play with a 911.
me too mate ... unfortunately my present ride decides to shut down half the engine after 7-8 hot laps into "safe mode" ... to protect itself ... blithering idiot!

They run the Maximus track days and they own the Maximus workshop mate... dedicated to all things GTR.... MP you actually met them that time we went up to Sepang? Or was it the BMW track day we went up together?
