You can always use the emergency channel bro. every hand held and every built in has one channel that is for emergency. Cant remember the exact frequency but all units have it programmed...

 

think he basically does it for all of us leang... did it for quah, leslie, MP, lung, arj, mao etc etc etc...and he is now doin it for derek... just get him to do it.... he knows how to set these things up best and work his way around our cars very well...
