I used to have three of them. Just sold my 1989 560SL signal red with palamino and 38K original miles. I used to take it to the dealer once a year for service and they would all yell, "Better call Barret-Jackson" at me. Now every time I see one coming the opposite way, I check to see if it was mine. Gonna have to find another....

Thanks all. We are car guys here, I don't see any reason not to appreciate our "other cars." I know I even appreciate that lowered white tow rig tucked in behind that white S-class. Looks good to me.

No longer mine, I gave it to my parents because I was out of space and had no interested buyers.
So I can still visit it and work on it when I want.

All this nonsense about this place being a Ferrari forum , would you moaners just shut the hell up. Read the posts, cant you appreciate that these are Ferrari owners posting pictures of their cars, some with F-cars in them.

Christ, get a life guys. Why the hell did you even click on the thread?

loving that pick up and the old classic mercs, very cool indeed.

Yeah, but since Ferrari driver No. 1, Schumacher, switched over, I guess this thread is to see how many Ferrari drivers also enjoy the German car. I'd imagine Ferrari owners have other cars in their stable that are used for more for practical needs. Here's my staff car...

    +1.

Mine is a E55 AMG and sadly makes my 355 look like a diesel until 4000rpm. It is said that once you have the AMG you could sell all of your other cars, however while it is pretty amazing, it does not offer what the Harley or 355 does. But I would say the AMG line is among the best of what mainstream/daily drivers cars can be.
