Two major changes which is key...
    1. The suspension is firmer. In the Speed, normal suspension setting = sports setting for non-speed version. The Speed can further dial in a firmer sports setting.
    2. More power and "speed" :). Knocks 0.4 secs off the 0-100.

The option list is slightly different too...
    "kick ass" sound system
    3 spoke steering wheel
    Rims
    Mulliner interior
    etc
    etc

Jon, I think Porsche and Jap turbo cars has different setup. Lung, MP & Harold will have first hand experience in tunning the 911 turbo.

I'm sure after tunning, the power will be much stronger but the power delivery will still be rather smooth compared to say your S15!

To hear more turbo sound, you got to do the airfilters, exhaust, etc. If the sound you want is the sound that your S15 produced, got to install the Blow off valve!

Mike, you sure you want to ask?

Since you asked for special privileges, Lung and Derek will go confirm the Cali on your behalf and you just got to pay and pick up the car, hahaaa!

Of cuz! Can party at the back.

The 20" Mulliner rims are a must. There's a slightly altered version for 09spec onwards.
