Exhaust combos

Many people have spend a LOT of money trying to make their 360 and 430 sound like this... it's very difficult (if not nearly impossible) and has more to do with the 355's engine than it's exhaust. I'm sure someone with a more technical knowledge than me can explain this better.

You'll get closer with a 360 + high-flow cats + tuned exhaust (Capristo or Kreissig) than you will with the F430, but it won't be as high-pitched or classically F1 sounding.

I don't think you can get a 430 to sound like a 355 with after market exhaust, no cats, and headers. But here's my 430 with capristo level 3 exhaust and high flow cats:

Nah, I've never tried to take any videos of the car moving. I just happened to pickup one of the motorola droid phones that day and wanted to try out the mic/video and it turned out better than I expected.

Love the sound of 355, but still enjoy very much the sound of F430, I actually love hearing it changes sound when the valves open.

I have a Capristo Level 3 on my 2003 360 Spider and All is great here. I would recommend the Capristo to anyone looking to upgrade the sound of their F~Car. Note: I have also had the Capristo Twin Sound and it too is a great exhaust. It comes with a remote so you can toggle between valved and wide open(I like the wide open personally ;~). I also had a Tubi and Liked it as well, just like the higher pitch of the Capristo at High revs a touch more...;~).
