They did a hell of a job beating out the hood and fender.

I just love the lines of the Boxer. It's my favorite vintage Ferrari. I wouldn't even care if I had one than ran or not. I would just sit it in the garage and stare at it.

Plenty of red overspray on the inside of the rear clamshell, even the gas struts look like they got a misting of red too along with the inside of the tail panel slats. I asked for some pics before the repair as well as shots of the front with the clamshell open, he replied and said he would take more.

Brian, you wouldnt see the fans through the front on an injected car, wouldnt surprise me if they were left out too though!

They look intact in the wreck picture. Wonder if they sold them off?

Sent to me today via E-bay:

    Dear kravchak,

Ok, so now I have proof of your use of the ebay question to
allege fraud in the Ferrari Chat Forum . It so happens that I am
a judge and attorney in four states, so I have decided to take
action. Fraud is a crime in this matter, so your fraud allegation
is defamation per se. No actual damages will need to be proven.
It also happens that the answer you received was true (only
body panels replaced were clam shell and windshield), so you
really have no defense. If you would like to save on litigation
costs please respond with your legal name and agent for service
of process (or better yet, your lawyers name and number). It is
also a violation of ebay policy to use the question mode for
ulterior motives. I will be sending notification to ebay of that as
well. I can't imagine that someone with your credentials would
be guilty of such slander, but you never know.

Yes, but if you're going to own a Boxer for that purpose, you want a better looking one than this one!

I know the seller, have known him for years, look out! He is an atty. and knows how to cover his a$$. I was looking at a 365 Boxer he had for sale in the early '80s. It had broke a belt and he was telling me about how he had straitened the valves and put it back together. His name is Wayne Lee.

Its amazing how much nicer it looks with properly fitting wheels/tires. It could also be they are no longer in their right places because of frame damage, but from any angle you can see the wheel wells it just doesn't look that good. You'd have people asking "nice kit car, does it have a VW motor?"

Shame that are loads and loads of greedy people trying to hide history's of what their selling when they know darn well what is up.

Gotta love the old Judge's response to a question about the 360 for sale in his other auction.

Q: Why does it have a Salvage title if only the Bumper was replaced??? No records at all...has it ever been serviced ??? thanks Mark M. Lafayette, La. Jan-12-10

A: Happens all the time. Theft recoveries have no damage and salvage title, not this car though. Depends on insurance. Thats right. Just like I clearly put in the ad so you would not ask this exact question. No paperwork, car only. If it starts knocking, take it to walmart and have the oil changed. They have lots of paperwork at the library. I am sure somebody serviced it at some point. It had good oil pressure when I drove it. Thanks for looking, but obviously this car is not for you. If you need paperwork, I think you need to go to the dealership. Of course they charge a couple hundred grand extra, but dentists can afford it.

So how does Lee know "Mark M." is a dentist? (which he is).
Perhaps Lee has lurked in the Louisiana section of F-Chat

Oh, my. Sounds like someone is upset that his shipment of Extenze didn't arrive.
    Another weekend coming-up short.

Classic "Authoritah Abuser", if there ever was one (assuming any truth to his claims of "respectability"; i.e. - "phere me!! I r teh mitee!!) :D

Sounds like a Sociopath to me. Case closed, nothing to see here, move along, place warning cones along the scene of the accident on your way out.....................:) (Obligatory smiley face to show humorous intent)
