Maybe not the best, but one of Ferrari's most colorful ever.
Agreed....and as such, can a Mod please correct the spelling of his last name? Many thanks for starting the thread. Neil

+1 Well said. Very few have driven an F1 car with such passion. Multiple repost but the Dijon '79 video belongs in this thread Long version www.youtube.com/watch?v=j3tXJm9tYGM Short version www.youtube.com/watch?v=dr_6mA8Q2tI
Certainly had the most spectacular driving style of any Ferrari driver, really never ever gave up. To me one of the best, a driver that loved driving.
Very cool. Here my shots: - Hockenheim 1979 - Brands Hatch 1980 - Hockenheim pits 1981 - pics from the Villeneuve museum just outside of Montreal, which has the snow mobiles and race cars he drove before his time with Ferrari (only the McLaren is missing) Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
If I could only show someone one picture to represent the essence of the "terrible joys" of Formula One it would be Gilles in his Ferrari; sideways with opposite lock. Thanks Gilles for igniting my love of F1!

Nice touch to bring the 308 there. Great museum. As Gilles fan you should also drive Trois Rivieres. all public roads.
Amazing picture mrbucket2, do you have any more from that weekend? Any of the historic cars would be great.
Showroom or F1 forum might be the most appropriate. It shouldnt matter where with pictures that good. What corner was this at? I was there this year, what an awesome time.
I posted them over in the F1 section but tags dont seem to be working like they do here. I was at grandstand 22, I forget what number the corner was exactly. http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?t=295413
