I have a photo of the new look; but am over my attachment limit; if someone sends me a PM I will e-mail it to you.......... Kevin
Rumour has it Philip Morris will renew its sponsorship of the Ferrari team when the current deal runs out at the end of 2011.
Btw - these are not photoshops: Alonso was driving the f60 at Paul Ricard with the 2010 livery for a Santander promotional video. Hard to tell, but I hope there's not more white on the side of the airbox. Too much white for me; reminds me of the unpopular 93 car's livery.... Kevin
Sad if you contrast it with a 1992 or earlier era Ferrari F1 car...way too much advertising IMO. Still, better than the '93 car IMO.
I sorta like it. Reminds me of the 2002-2004 Ferraris, because we had Vodafone on board. Anyhow, how come Santander are on the rear wing? I thought Marlboro was still the main sponsor? Till 2012?
the car http://img130.imageshack.us/img130/112/2010santa2010120213638.jpg the drivers http://img251.imageshack.us/img251/8018/2010drivujferrariimage1.jpg posting pics on ferrarichat is just a pain,so links edit: just found another one:
I miss Marlboro... the drivers look like dorks, the car has too much santander alll over it... I don't like it at all. And you know we are cursed now because we brought the devils spawn to the team. You think they didn't work together well in the 80s just wait and watch.
Anything's better than those Marlboro decals. They used to be associated with the arch enemy of Ferrari, McLaren. And they were the first dominant sponsor spoiling the clean looks of the red Ferrari (or maybe that honour should go to Fiat with their blue logo).
A little off topic, but how was Alonso allowed to drive the F60 without people raising a fit over the testing restrictions? I thought that was why Massa had to run an old car with GP2 slicks on it.
