well it looks like a series one to me due to the front grill and lights

the horse was only fitted by the dealers after '75 or 76 but some owners with complexes put horses adn Ferrari badges all over them

Any of you bargain hunting cowboys after a "cheap" 355 Challenge? Found this ad in the latest English Sportscar and Classic rag.

Quick on the fly calculation gives me roughly $100k Oz landed, tax paid and registered.
If it is straight, tidy and all the missing bits (race brakes/wheels etc)come with it, the thing might make $150k on a good day. So ball park $50k in it if it's a good car. If it's a bad car (most are) you could be deeper under water than the Titanic :)

Has 75,000 km on the clock? :D:D

No wonder its 'cheap'. If its had some HARD track time that engine would be half ****ed. :D:D

I wonder what the "full engine strip" means?? Did they strip and inspect perhaps? :D:D

Bah, ya never know. Looks nice in that little pic though.:eek:

It would be all but impossible to do 47,000 track miles. As it has an MoT, I am guessing it has been a road driver for some time.

Oh yeah, I didnt mean to say that ALL those miles were on the track. :):)

But 47K miles in ANY Ferrari is a lot of miles. Those Poms dont mind driving their Ferraris. :D:D

    You reckon? ;);)
