Found one on Amazon for $49...on the way now. Thanks for the tip on this publication - looks like a must have.

PS There are 7-8 more on Amazon as well (new and used).

No, no inside tech info. Just a good compilation of the development, unique features and driving characteristics of the F355. The use a lot of Ferrari's own figures/photographs from their Press Releases, Brochures, etc. It's really worth having if you have an F355.

BTW, it was Rick (Sandy Eggo) who mentioned Amazon. So you guys should be thanking him for finding this, not me.

+355. IMHO, if you own an F355, there's a lot of fun in collecting all the books, factory brochures, posters, etc., that go along with the car. They are getting harder and harder to find and the prices (in general) are climbing rapidly.

I just found and purchased an F355 World Tour hardcover book on eBay that was still wrapped in plastic (untouched by human hands LOL).

Yeah, and I found the last one (for now?) available on Amazon yesterday...looks like a fantastic book and I can't wait to get my human hands on it.

It seems you're a much of a Ferrari "book nerd" as I am. :) If I find anything interesting, I'll make sure to PM you.

    Best regards,

It's all your fault Scott. Before I saw your original post, the Ferrari book nerd thing really hadn't crossed my mind. Now I'm into Amazon for about $350 for the 6-7 books I found...I believe 3 of them are meant to show up today. Going to be a great weekend!

LOL! It really becomes addictive, doesn't it. Some people are into Ferrari models, I'm into Ferrari books. Too many years in school, I guess.

BTW, don't forget to also pick-up all the various Ferrari, Spa brochures, press releases, etc. These are really getting harder to find (at reasonable prices).

Yeah, I already did some digging and found a source for the brochures, press kits, etc. The prices seemed to vary between $129 - $149 for that sort of thing. Are there better or cheaper sources?

    Mike:

Sorry, I already checked. I've seen a few dedicated 348 publications but they were almost all Japanese. It is amazing how many great Ferrari-related publications the Japanese have produced. If you do a search, User name 747Mike (I think) was taking orders on a Japanese 348 publication a while ago. If you check on eBay, I'm sure you'll find some but they tend to be highly priced.

I will keep my eyes open and PM you if I find anything good.

Received my copy of Automobilia yesterday - wow, what a fantastic book! I devoured each page. Beautiful pictures, drawings and renderings. Amazing stuff. If you have a 355, you really ought to indulge yourself and buy a copy of this book.

BTW, looks like I just scored a 1995 F355 brochure as well - found on the for sale section of this board for $50. Tremendous!

I received mine Monday, a week earlier than the predicted delivery time in perfect condition. I think it is an excellent book for the 355 owner.

I have one copy left of a Japanese 348 book. $35 if anyone wants it. It's awesome. I'm flying back to Japan tomorrow and may pick up a few more. They have a 355 one as well.....Lou

I got one of these books from Lou and can't stop looking at it. It is truly awesome. Every 348 owner should have one.

Lou, if you can, I would like two copies of the 355 book. Do they have any of the Testarossa books still available? I'd take one of those as well.:)
