I think it's mainly after the "other" work started on this that he didn't want things shown yet. CLambo or Stackhouse can probably say more. We were there a couple weeks ago and it's mostly covered.

Not to pry, as Mr. Losee deserves his privacy, but will we be able to see pictures of the finished product and have details of the build after the fact?

It's just that from my perspective, I have such a tremendous amount of intrigue and respect for someone who does something like this that I can't help but want to see what goes down.

    Thanks for the updates.

    :)

I can't give a definite answer because I really have nothing to do with the project other than being lucky to be close to it. I think Stackhouse may be able to add some info. I'll get in touch with him later, but I can almost guarantee we'll see something significant published about this. It would make a cool documentary.

    Great.

Thanks, and keep us updated as you can. I am hoping for something in Road and Track about this, and am guessing that his relationship with them has something to do with the secrecy.

I agree. I would not be suprised to see a huge article in R&T in February or March. I'm sure they want first publishing rights so that's why the hush hush. Looking forward to it.

Yep, we're all still waiting for the big news that suposed to be goming soon. A twin turbo charged Enzo...
Black with black rims, a few fine deep blue details here and there and with a thin blue racing stipe across the side. Hmmmmm!

Black with black rims and turbos, this is going to be the best looking enzo in the world as far as Im concerned. I still cant wait to see the details about the turbos, fue system, and how they tuned the car.

Well, that overall colour combination was just a personal thought. But perhaps the owner(s) will give this special Enzo a fitting special look, besides the also special technical side of things.
But I guess we are to late with giving tips and ideas, because the car is probaly all set and done and waiting somewhere for a public reveal.

All of the pictures in this thread showed the car being Red, much as I'd love to see a black/black Enzo I think the odds are it's staying Red......

Lets hope the 'reveal' is soon and we find out for certain

I can't wait to see this build finished. I pray they don't ruin it with the rice rocket pin striped wheels. Keep it classy!

I know that based on the pace of work until our insider was told to cease and desist, it is probably done now. So,yes.

Took a trip to see MMEnzo today.. Didn't get to be up close and personal with it. From a distance it looks like it the cage is fully installed and painted, headers are done, turbos most likely mounted on headers (part of the frame of the car was blocking the view), and it looked like they are possibly trying to plumb an intercooler to sit behind the motor...? Probably a similar set up to a Noble?

Was also nice to see a line up of the 4 Super Ferraris on display.. Sorry, didn't remember to get serial numbers..

In Salt Lake (Murray) for the next few days. Had to come out for my Brother-in-laws heart transplant. I am going to try to stop in and check out the car/dealership while here.
