    For 1/4 windows, the parts manual has four different part numbers for item 17, Tav 110, all for GTS

    There are two that say Fino alla vett. 802, And two that say Dalla Vett. 803, Both in LH and RH.

    What are they telling me here? Is this a before serial number, after serial number type thing? What does the 802 and 803 signify WRT chassis SN?

    Thanks,
    Doug

    "Fino alla" = "Finish at"
    "Dalla" = "At the"

    Vet. is an abreviation for something...sorry I can't help you with that one.

    Vet is short for Vettura, car, used preceeding a chassis number.

    In this case I would assume they are talking about the sequence number? The one stamped on the coil bracket? Especially since only odd numbered were used for production car serial numbers?

    Any confirmation?

    Thanks,
    Doug

    Paisano,

    I never heard of the word "vettura" for car...I always used "la machina" or even "auto".

    Is vettura a technical term for car?? Just wondering.

    My family is from Abruzzo in the mountains!

    Macchina, auto, automobile, vettura and autovettura are all synonyms.
