    Why? Who knows if the seller is subscribed or not, well the mods do, but everyone should know about someone that sells stuff like this.

    That can be done if the two parties agree or the OP directs. However, it's possible that the other party isn't subscribed and then wouldn't see it.

    If this person has already read this, and you know he has - and he have not contacted you to make this right. Then out him NOW! - This is flat out wrong, he scammed you deliberately and how anyone can make themselves do something like this to a fellow f-chatter is beyond me. Did he think this would go unnoticed?

    It's an outrage - I would be furious beyond belief, I am not sure I would handle it as well as you. Hats off to you.

    I am sure. He has been watching it for quite some time now.

    Well Greg, I tried to take the high road but apparently you don't want to go down that road with me.

    It is "308GTS" that sold me the wheel. He is not subscribed but has about as many posts as I do on FChat and has been a member here for a lot longer than I.

    I was trying hard to handle this through private channels but hey, if you are not going to extend the common courtesy of letting me return something that I feel is unsafe (with me paying the shipping costs), then I don't want others in the Fchat community to end up in the same situation when they are conducting business with you.

    I welcome comments from all, and Greg, I await your reply...

    Frankly Jonas, I am very upset. I am surprised I am keeping my cool and handling this as I have, but now that everyone knows who it is - Caveat Emptor, as I should have done to begin with.

    I suppose because it was a fellow FChatter, I let down my guard thinking that the folks that have been around Fchat as long as he has would be aware of how small this community is and what a profound effect it would have on his reputation.

    I was incorrect.
