Novitec Supercharger for CS

hello all,

Did a search on the Novitec supercharger kits for 360's but havent found anything recent (within the last couple of years). Anybody have any experience with these recently? Do you think it'll devalue the car much? I believe car to have a timeless look to it and it already has all the right pieces to remain a top performer for many many years to come. But, it could benefit from an extra 100-150hp. I've supercharged Corvettes before and had to upgrade clutches, drivetrain, differential, forged motor, etc. I can assume you'd have to do the same thing to an Fcar?

 

The most important question regarding a Novitec supercharger, IMHO, is who's going to fix it if/when you break down. If you only go on short drives near a Novitec agent, then no worries, otherwise worry.

 

Do you really think a 360/CS gearbox could withstand an additional 150 hp??

Talk about a catastrophic number to fix when it all goes CAPLOOOEEE!!! Holy Moly!!

Have you looked at the twin turbo conversion beast at F of Central Florida?

 

The Novitec supercharger systems come with a one year warrantee. Novitec did about 7 of these conversions in the US last year and about 4-6/mth worldwide. They did 3 already this year in the US!

The superchargers are installed by their tech who is flown to your car for the install. If you have an issue while under warrantee they will fly the tech back to fix it. If you want any further info or to order a system give us a call.

It won't be long now before the supercharger costs more than the car! It just seems that maybe these are a bit outrageously overpriced. My opinion only of course.
