VERY common scam on eBay - the "please email me before you bid" scam, where they will offer a car at a STUPID LOW price and try to get you to wire the money to them outside of eBay. It will be pulled VERY soon. A year ago there was a GLUT of such ads until they got wise and started pulling them the second they came up. DON'T CONTACT HIM, in case you're thinking of it.... Jedi
The easiest way to find out if it is a scam, is to ask for a phone number so you can discuss the details. They will never give you a phone number. I don't know why, but I suspect that you will figure out something if they give you a Nigerian phone number!

It might be a real car, but there are several issues: 1. the car is in Croatia (shipping cost: $180,000US!!!). 2. the price is unreasonably low for the quality 3. scams like this have a long history (I'm almost surprised the car isn't in Nigeria...more like buying a Russian bride, I guess) PS. tried to see more info on ebay...discontinued listing.
