Can you give me another hint? :)

If I had to guess, I'd say 135441, but that doesn't really make sense to me.

Is that in a wind tunnel before you slightly modified it?

Enzo 135441 in the PF wind tunnel to get a baseline for our engineering before we designed
and turned her into P 4/5.

That body is now on the MM Enzo.

Jim, did you take delivery of the Enzo prior to it getting "P4/5"ed?

We toyed with making P 4/5 FWD but decided against it. ;)

The wind tunnel taught us a lot of things about the Enzo and later P 4/5.

If we get P 4/5 Competizione going with her stiffer springs and racing suspension we'll be able to use much more of the downforce her shape can produce.

P 4/5's Enzo suspension couldn't take all her body could generate and we actually had to crank some out.

We were quite successful in reducing under hood heat, lowering running temperature, getting more air into the engine, and getting more air flow through the brakes.

Those were duct/brake cooling tests which didn't require having the rolling road turn the rear wheels.

When the wind tunnel is fired up you wouldn't want to be standing in there.

That particular wind tunnel is one of the highest speed full scale wind tunnels existent.

    Jim,

What's about the old Enzo bodywork panels? they remained to PF or are placed in your beautiful garage?

Nice to see images of the p4/5 before the transformation.

They were bought to be used to repair a damaged Enzo.

Jim, any numbers for the downforce, as in the amount gained over the Enzo? Interesting that you guys had to crank back a bit. Would be great to see what she could do with a proper suspension...

And if you can't give legitimate figures because of legal issues, cool.

    Thanks.

We were able to get much better engine cooling and brake cooling, more balanced downforce and much more downforce as a result of our efforts.

That last image of your car in front of the wind tunnel with a gang of onlookers is iconic. Looks like a special moment in history

The first photo of this thread gave it away to me as far as the particular car in question. I didn't know the SN but I had higher hopes for Mr. C.M. :)

Any plans to have P4/5 on Top Gear, Mr. Jim?

    P.S.

Please for the Love of God put this car on TV!!! If you can't make it to Greenwich, it goes on TV. End of story.
