Interesting Cars For Sale in our Region

I got an email today from FOW that they now have a Ferrari 512M for sale.
Wow, what a rare car - approx. only 73 of them made.
Red/tan with just under $10k miles on it.
No asking price mentioned in the email.

Jeeeeez, I can't believe a Cortina brought that kind of money!

 

Very nice and very rare, I've only ever seen 1 on the road in the USA - my brother's owned a heavily modified Cortina MK1 in the late 60's.

I'm thinking that radiator is going to get a little hot with no fan on the engine and no air flow behind the seat.
If you could get it road legal, imagine doing a "quick lap" around the 495 beltway in it.

Ha, that was MINE AND MY BUDDY PHILLIP'S CAR! Went to a very good home. Guy is a Lotus maniac. Won a couple local car shows. That car was really nice.

They are asking $379k for it.
The car is a 2009 model and only has 58 miles on it.
That is quite a drop from the $520k new car price.
It only cost $2431 per mile to drive those 58 miles! I hope they were good ones.
