Any one seen what they look like in the F458?
    Pictures?

I am undecided between the electric seats and the SRS...

I find the extra firmness of the sports seats in the F430 make the whole car feel as if not riding quite as well as it does when you're sat in a regular seat. If I was tracking every weekend I'd be tempted but out on the road I'd go for regular seats every time. These do look über cool, though!

The new generation sports seats are much more comfortable than those that were fitted to the 360/430 IMHO and have more padding.

Does your shirt stick to an alcantara seat when you move around to get comfortable? I know there isn't much movement in these seats, but it seems like it would.

No, shirts don't stick to the alcantara. I've got it in my Scud and it's a nice material.

Cool. It's not really a decision I'll be making for a long time, but I figured I'd ask.

I've tried those Racing seats: they are great!
    And so beautiful in Alcantara...

Don't forget to correctly choose your size: S, M or L!

I have always gone with L in the 430 and in the Scud.
But the standard electric seats look real comfy

You are afraid of further numb butt after the experience of driving your Scud to Sepang. Eat more chicken rice and the size L racing seats will be fine :):):). Otherwise save the money and go for standard electric

I understand L is the size to go for, even if you are only average in size. I was told by the service guy that the M is small and the S is tiny. Is this right?

The standard seat is pretty high IMO - I sat in it on Thursday. I'm thinking the sports seat gets you closer to the floor.

Yes you are correct. M is pretty tight for me. You are also correct that the sports seat gets you closer to the ground... which means less cushion.

I got a L in my Scuderia so that it would fit most people.

I got L in my Scuderia too.

Good point about the sports seats being closer to the ground. I am still going for standard electric on my 458 Italia. It is a road car and I am highly unlikely to take it to the track.

And I will have extra $ that way to buy Lung chicken rice when he comes to HK :):):)

I could not fit with the helmet on in the 430 with standard seats,no problem at all in a Scuderia.
Since I plan to use 458 for normal AND track use I am stuck with the Sport seats ,I guess.
Besides, they look much better then electrics anyway,IMO.

These seats are perfect for high performance, quick drives -

for me personally - I'm 6'5 - they are my only option - (same as Mark)

Only thing I don't like - is if you happen to spend more then 2 hours at a time in them - you get a little sore.
