For everybody with nothing to do this Valentine's Day, a group of us will be having lunch at Middendorf's this Sunday then heading up to Ponchatoula for a ride down 22. For everyone else, it seems like this is going to be a regular occurrence (weather permitting).

So far it looks like a Gallardo and two GTRs will be there this week. Next week will add a 996turbo and an Elise or two, maybe another Gallardo.

    Hey guys / gals,

We will repeat our trip to Middendorf's next Sunday, Feb. 21. For some, it may be a little soon, but a group of nice cars will be taking a nice drive and everyone is welcome.

I will use the same times and locations as the last one, as they seemed to have worked well.

    Tentatively-

    For Baton Rouge folks:
10:00 AM meet at the Starbucks at the Tanger Mall in Gonzales. Discuss route to Middendorf's for lunch and leave at 10:30.

    For Northshore:
10:30 AM at Starbucks on East Approach

    For Southshore:
????? Bonnabel boat launch? any other recommendations??

~ 11:30AM meet at Middendorf's for lunch and discuss drive route back.

Off topic for Cracka, was it you who had a suggestion on a place that could rebuild a hydraulic line for my oil cooler?

GT Car Parts can make them and they will be correct. Been down that road. Tried all sorts of local hydraulic and hose shops.

Thanks guys. The service starts at the end of this month. I have two weeks of vacation just for the 30K, change out of all coolant, fuel, evap lines, reinstall a/c. And those pesky cooler lines. :)

The hoses that Ferrari uses are not Aeroquip fittings for OEM hoses in the 3,2.

It is a hose assembly that uses reusable fittings. So if you have the correct hose you can replace the hose and not the fittings.
You do not want to have an oil hose blow.

Bill @ GT will send you a new hose just like original.
