Red Bull Racing has become the last of the current teams to unveil its new car, after pulling the covers off its RB6 in the Jerez pitlane on Wednesday morning.

The Adrian Newey-designed machine appears to be a logical evolution of the 2009 RB5 that proved to be Formula 1's pace-setter in the second half of the season.

Preview pictures of the car were published by Red Bull shortly before the launch took place in the Jerez pit-lane.

The car features a more extreme V-nose solution than on last year's car, with highly-crafted sidepods and the shark fin engine cover that has appeared on rival competitors' machinery.

The full clip here looks great to me http://www.autosport.com/news/report.php/id/81366

Webber stopped on the track at Jerez with it due to an oil leak.

The rear reminds me of the F2003-GA

Very sharp/flat front nose, and yes a very low rear-end. Interesting how pronounced those humps are on the nose (sounds like I'm talking about my ex :D )

What's to love about it? Its like putting a giant Red Bull can on your head.

I wonder how much more he will get paid to wear that.

I've yet to see its ass uncovered. That is the most interesting part.

exactly my thoughts also!! I found myself reading the ingredients written on the helmet rather than actually looking at same.

Finally found a picture of the RB6 rear. I'm not savvy enough to really see anything revolutionary about it but it wouldn't surprise me if the competitors grew tired of seeing it during the season.

I'm surprised how "raw" the diffusor looks from a manufacturing point of view. Looks more like a quick "straight lines are not important" mock up.

Not as radical as I thought either. A few things though; the exhausts exit very far towards the rear of the car; Ferrari's are much further forward. Also what is that hole above the rear light? Just for airflow? Or venting engine heat?
