Now that you mention it ... it all makes sense! Carbon's hand prints, drool, and heavy breathing all over it ... no wonder Dave is taking so long to detail it!! :D

From what I gather about Carbon's passion, depending on how just how much time he did have alone with the car, hand prints and drool would be the least of my biological worries.... :D :D :D :D

Correct me if I'm wrong, but if the skid plates touched at speeds when the car roles over, isn't the weight of the car being transfered to the body or skid plate vs. the contact patch of the tire? At low speeds It wouldn't make any difference but over 100mph I would think it could have some effect?

Our skid pads are attached to the chassis not the body. The force is transmitted to the chassis not the body. The skid pad passes through a clearance hole in the body.

Come on Jeffrey, poor Carby's gonna have a cardiac arrest.

I'm posting this bum (courtesy Swiss Car Sightings) as a public service just to keep him out of the ER.

looks great, but have you ever thought about adding a red pinstripe to the wheels to break up the lines between the rim and tire?
    (as pictured)

plus it'll look great with your red calipers...

I'm not sure about the pinstripe. I can always experiment with a vinyl pinstripe and see how it looks. You could be right about it complimenting the red calipers.

Jeff, looks awesome and congrats once again.

I've always loved the blacked out look. You think blacking out the center caps would make it perfect? ;):)

Looks fantastic Jeffrey - I can't wait to see it in person in a couple of weeks. :)

You should have had JT on standby at the garage for its arrival.

:) I knew something didn't look quite right for a car that is "murdered" out.

Well done, enjoy it in good health. :)
