The interior shot is actually of 0677GT. My mistake for the mis-label Ed.

Kare is right : looks exactly 1353GT...

Its a Cal Spyder dash. I'm not sure if Ed installed that dash or if 0677GT had it when Ed bought it, but it was still in the car when Bodin bought it.

    Not 1353GT

Case closed, it's 0677GT all right.

*IF* this was 1353GT, the single vent should be visible at door edge. Slotted steering wheels also points towards an earlier car. That's why I said MAYBE in the first place.

    Best wishes, Kare

Do we know how many 330 LMBs were produced?

There were 4 cars 4381/4453/4619/4725 (RHD). Then we have one GTO - 4713 - with LMB-body which looks about exactly the same and at least one special built Lusso - 4385 - with aerodynamic nose, which would fool most of the normal people. Best wishes, Kare

Thank you for the information, Kare.

Question: I saw a Lusso in Ypsilanti, Michigan a few months ago at RM that had a 'nose' that I had never seen before. The car is red and owned by a Canadian gentleman.

Is this the Lusso you are speaking of?

    There was also the 250 GT/Lusso s/n 5057GT which was turned into 330 LM/B replica in 80's...

The only difference with this car, however, is jut the treatment of the 'nose.' There is nothing else to indicate that it is a 330 LMB or otherwise.

    Very interesting car.....

No idea. Don't know where 4383GT is now - you can google both 4383GT and 4385GT for pics. Best wishes, Kare

4713 which Piper ran at LM in 63 does look like the LMB but it is smaller since its built on the GTO with a 2400mm wheelbase as opposed to the 2500mm wheelbase of the 330LMB which you probably already know.

Same with 4385 but that has other differences as well but they do cause confusion.

Thanks for these wonderful pictures! Not too big a fan of the chrome trim :D:D:D

The left hand side mirror did not come standard and must have been mounted on later I guess? What's the story on the large air intake at the front, it looks like it's shut?

    This is 0677GT in England PV96 ............ 0677GT
I cannot see or find the litle gauges in the middle
it has the standard TDF Dash.

So Aardy is right with his doubt.

The early TDF models has mostly the old offset gearbox.

But every thing can be changed. and we still believe its original !

Yes, sorry for the confusion. 1353GT has the same California dashboard but 0677GT too in 70's.

Sorry about the confusion, but thanks to all who caught the error. When my slides/photos were digitized, several people were apparently involved in the id, and I should have caught this one, since I took the photo. The interior shot is, indeed, 0677, as it existed when in my custody. Interesting bucket seat, with reclining back and headrest, which is visible in vintage shots of the car when raced by Jellybean.

You indeed showed 011S before, but that was quite some time ago and I don't mind seeing them again.
