    I have wasted a ton of money on car magazines. If I had not spend that much on paper I could probably drive around in a ferrari today :( ;)

    I have digged out my mags and am putting them on shelves. The pic show around haf of them I guess. All kinds of mags, but 95% car mags, and many focussing on Ferrari stories.

    I don't think there would be enough money although I do have some magazines dating back to 1973. One where they test drive a Daytona for the first time :)

    First try at holding the 18-55 backwards... very difficult to get a sharp focus and sufficient light with the closed aperture, but promising. Shot @ 35mm (...backwards...), the squares are 5mm long.

    Florian - If it's a Nikon lens you can manually open the aperture to let more light in.

    It's the 18-55 kit lens (without aperture ring) and I have the D40 (which doesn't have DoF preview), so manually changing the aperture doesn't seem possible - or am I missing something?
