when my father had the plates 87,130 and 221.
late 50s or early 60s the government state,started to collect the plates and or demand them back from owners (users) their was hell to play,the state Govt wanted to have the plates for usage on Govt cars,remember in the late 60s/70s many govt cars had low rego plate #s.
