    hey guys,

    does anybody know a good shop that installs (uninstalls...) K40?

    My car came with the bluetooth K40 but I want to take it out. I checked HMS up in Westminster/HB area but wondering if there are other places here that do this type of work.

    You might try Kevin at Audio Illusions. He's in the SFV, but well worth the drive. 818-882-1810. He's the best at putting stuff in, so I'd assume he's the best at taking stuff out!:D

    Call the stereo install place right at Beach and Talbert. Beach Audio I think it is, they've been helpful with other little things. I'm sure they can do it. Beats driving to the other end of the world i.e. SFV.

    thanks for the suggestion on beach auto sound

    was checking the oil and found bare exposed wires between the front jump start (+) terminal and the front detector

    unbelievable installation - i'm amazed it hasnt caught fire yet.

    ill be taking it to Beach Auto Sound this Saturday (hopefully they have availability), otherwise I'll just have the next door Newport Beach AM dealership help me take it out.
