Yay 9 new cars for my collection

 

Looked again at ToysRUs, no Ferrari 599 or 575GTC, saw an Enzo and Veyron and a Polizei Gallardo, and I bought a yellow Carrera GT (Speed Machines)

I saw 4 of the 1:43 Ferraris and a lot of the Ferrari pullbacks, but 9.99 for the 1:43s, too expensive for me. They had the 550 Barchetta in silver, a 360 Spider, a 328GTS, and a 612.

 

My TRU has a bunch of the Ferrari Racers if you need any.... Have yet to see the 1/43 cars, but got 3 of the 1/87 cars the other day---Very cool little 430 CH cars

 

I was helping ApexOversteer find a 599.

I saw those too, they looked like Scuderias not CH cars with the stripes. Really tiny

 

Anyone have access to the HW Phil's garage 288 GTO? I keep getting outbid on eBay for one, and they will probably never make the stores up here. Last one went for $50, because it had Phil's initials!

Looking for 3 or 4 of them. Keep an eye out for me, please.

I got it Friday but didn't get a chance to mount it until this morning. I'm glad I got this case instead, the cars are displayed at an angle rather than flat. I'm a bit short of filling it but I'm in the process of making some trades with another local FChatter / collector.

I love the case! It save a lot of room when you want to display 'em, but I just prefer to keep mine on the cards.

Also found the Yellow F430 Challenge, Red F430 on short card, '56 Merc (very cool), Red Bread Van, Black with Flames Deuce Roadster.

Found these Larry's Garage cars - '56 Chevy (Gold), '57 Chevy Bel Air (Lt. Blue), Purple Passion (Black with Flames) & Dairy Delivery (Metalflake Blake & Yellow)

Found 1 Wayne's Garage - Custom '56 Ford Truck (Primer Red with Scallops)

 

I went to autorama today one of the vendors had a Phils garage 288 had to pay a little more because it was signed but I finally got one.

 

Saw several of these at WM tonight; bought 2. Are they still trading at $12? What is "Lee's"? Thanks.

Also, found the matte black Gallardo; I bought the short card but they had regular card too. Got a green ZR1 with an error; rear tire lacks the "gold wall" stripe that's on the front tire.

 

dang i saw like 50 of those type 151s yesterday i wish i got em i could be making some $$$ if there goin for 12

This was the First oné ive seen out of this thread so i grabbed it but the oné thing i dont like about this Hobby is when looking fór them ať toys r us or wallys world theres almost always a little kid crying cus he cant get something

The Wal-Mart I go to is almost all elderly people , which is fine because they are so damn cute, seeing them make me smile sometimes, so innocent
