Any Singapore Ferrari owners?

Derek, Sepang raised the track day prices and procedures to lock in a slot at Sepang. Organiser needs a $5,000 non refundable deposit and cost per session increased 50 percent. All the Singapore organisers are boycotting this by cancelling all their trackdays. Unfortunately think that the only organisations to come out of this relatively unscathed will be the big events such as TCC... which I am very apprehensive to attend as they will be much busier than the trackday we had yesterday...

 

I think you are spot on there on your assessment mate, I really think they just dont realise.... as Derek said, they see a faster car coming, they should just let it pass and then they can continue doing what it is that they are doing... why challenge only to know you are going to stick someone up again...

 

then what abt driving issues Derek? Hehe. Anyway how man are there running abt in town? I think there's a green roadster somewhere?

 

And I cannot imagine how the 1st owner described the colour to Melvin when he ordered the car!

There's one lime green 6.2 Murcie roadster, one nova blue LP640 roadster and last but not least, one telesto grey LP650 roadster. Total of 3 on the roads here..

 

The exact colour code is Blu Nova. But comfort taxi blue is as accurate a description as you can get haha.

 

most welcome, simply not enuf time to do a fast lap when the flag came down. the SL is simply an easier car to drive fast than a porky..

ur time was 2:31.90. chasing u was the most incredible drive i ever had. simply astounding the pickup. ur exit out of T9 was awesome. put about 2 cars between u n me. T14 i entered inside u, was worried to track out n hitting u...gave u the line...n the next thing u pull 30m ahead into t15. we entered T15 3 wide! i got into t15 with a wider line, u took the inside....hence i had better track out onto front straights...but cudnt overtake until t1. must hv been quite a sight to c both of us down the straights....

first of all, sorry n thanks derek for letting us thru. never in the rules to overtake into a corner especially T1 on a friendly TD. u stayed alert whilst we were taking risks in the heat of things. it was the only chance i had on lung. i was hoping all the cars cud see me on the inside. after that, out of T2, the M5 saw us a bit late and had a bit of a wriggle. i know what u mean about giving way, but its sometimes pretty difficult to judge which line the faster car wants to take...i make it a point to identify the newbies b4 session starts.


finally lung, it was a very good run by all standards. appreciate it.

I still think it handles like a bis, but I'll take Jon & Phil's opinion that with practice it's as easy to drive as anything else, but it wud have to be a roadster

Cai, there are 4 Roadsters (not including the Reventon Roadsters) here...u missed out a Bianco Isis LP640 Roadster. Extremely elusive car.
