Just bought my first ferrari! It doesn't seem to have come with a true owners manual, so I can't find out how to disable the pass side AB so my son can take a ride (10 years old). I have found on-line that in 2005/2006 NHTSA almost didn't let the F430 in the US due to issues with disabling the pass side AB. Found one post here that states that there is a key disable switch on the side of the dash, can't find one in my 2005. Does anyone know if this is possible with a switch or key?

Congrats on the '05! Use the ignition key to disable etc.

Sounds like someone rifled your manual. Watch ebay for this stuff to complete your car if that's of any interest to you?

Thanks, will buy one off e-bay. Can't seem to find where the key goes.

On mine, you have to open the passenger door, then on the side of the dash that was covered by the door, there is a spot where you put the key in and turn it to enable/disable the passenger airbag
