I wasn't home. I knew about this for weeks; there was no way I was going to miss it. But then something came up. Did you at least get a picture of the VIN of the black Enzo?
I didn't think to care since you'd already had your hands and presumably 'other things' all over the car. Cars&Coffee was rained out on Saturday, so perhaps Jeffrey will be making new plans to bring it over there sometime in the near future? >8^) ER
Fantastic car! It looks and sounds incredible! Just saw this...don't know if you've seen it yet: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q_zKBTSk2pE&feature=sub -G.B.
She looks amazing in black on black - The best color for an Enzo imo! Apologies if it was mentioned before: are those gorgeous wheels painted or powder-coated black?
Thanks for the compliment! Alot of people seem to favor black for the Enzo. Although black wheels (powdercoated) are not for everyone I did receive alot of compliments on the setup. The red calipers were also redone by Dave at Premier as Enzos only come with black calipers. According to Carbon there is only one other Enzo in the world with red calipers and it belongs to Jean Todt.
so this tdf one with yellow calipers were more likely repainted? Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
The previous owner of your car told me that his neighbor from 1/2 mile down the street would call him and complain if he started the enzo too early in the morning! That exhaust is the meanest!
That is because on start up the system doesn't have enough stored vacuum to shunt exhaust to mufflers. Once vacuum builds up sound diminishes. Before permanently disabling that shunt for off road use do consult an expert... As for power coating wheels be very careful. Heat involved in this process can be a problem and powder coating can mask cracks with serious consequences. Black epoxy can achieve the same results with no downside and is more easily repairable.

I've always liked Enzos, but looking at these pictures--now I understand NNO's insanity!!The car is just perfect!!!
I think Tipo815 should get a custom plate on this black new ride which reads: "whatnzo" Nice ride(s) buddy, as if the black CS wasn't enough to make me envious! Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
