I may need to rent a house for a week in Dallas for testing...

    A local (Dallas) company that makes those high end control systems for homes and businesses wants me to test some wireless gear for them. Their facilities are not RF clean and realistic enough so I may need a house to test gear in.

    I'd prefer a house that has at least 2 stories, 2500+ (larger the better) sq ft. There will be no modifications made to the home, although I will be stringing wires all over the place during the testing.

    I'm ok if the home is occupied but of course would be better if it were not. Right now I'm shooting for the week of March 22nd for testing. If you have a home available and are interested feel free to contact me via PM or reply to this thread. Thanks!

    Working during the day, or 24/7? I know of a house that fits your criteria but is occupied, however that shouldn't be a problem unless you need to work 24/7. House is 3300 Sqft, 2 story, in Grand Prairie.

    Garage is 1850 sq ft and the upstairs living area is 1950 sq ft.

    Rob - must be user error, wireless seems to work well for the rest of us. I know how you struggle with this internet thing. :)

    Ok, this project is a go. I'm still working on what week, but it is currently scheduled for the week of March 29th. I'd like to have access on Sunday (possibly) for setup. I'd be out on Friday. Hours would be 8:00 a.m. to 6 p.m.

    I'll have wires strung out all over the place so keep that in mind if the place is occupied with small children.

    Again, I need a home that is 2500+ sq ft, preferably multi-story. Larger the better. My budget is probably between $500 - $1000 for the week.

    Location is somewhat important for daily travel purposes.

    Sorry bud, scratch the PM I sent you, my folks' old Grand Prairie house (finally!) has contract on it and should close in a couple weeks. But it didn't sound like you were counting on that one.

    Now... I NEED A HOUSE!!! I can pay up to $1000 for March 28th - April 2nd. Again, Please read the first post for background. Closer to Richardson is preferable. 3000+ sq ft, multi floor is desirable.
