I'll do my best but can't promise bro. I've gathered enuf info on hand now except one extra Q. For vintage cars, there's a scheme which you can pay the normal COE & rd tax then use as per usual. They also said under certain circumstances, they allow LHD. This is for pre-1940 cars. Ideally, I would like to have a clean DB6 but money not enuf So, it's down to a few E types & there's a good '68 E type roadster that I'm negotiating. For that money, you can find some pre-war Bentleys & Rolls Royce which are quite interesting & I found a most beautiful 1930s Bentley 4.5L roadster with coachbuilt body that qualifies for classic rallies. This is poisoning!
