does anyone know of a good 250 PF for sale
Hi below is the link to one my friend just finished restoring, it was sold a few months ago. http://joemacari.ds4454.dedicated.turbodns.co.uk/ Absolutely beautiful car, pictures do not do the detail justice.
I am getting one of my old cars back again. Send me an email at [email protected] for more details. Cheers, Billl
I saw that...and I'll be there. I may very well come home with a new car I'm still unsure of this purchase though. I'm hoping one of the 275 GTB/4s sell a a really low price.
Do you know what Mr. Macari got for the 250 PF Coupe in the photos? Looks like it was very nice. Ken Goldman
here are some pics of it at the auction. I think it went for a reasonable price Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
That strikes me as a phenomenal value. Perhaps I'm not seeing something (apart from the financial collapse) but I'd have thought another $100k would be expected for the SII cars.
Given the chassis no, this car would have aluminium hood and trunk lid, with the drums in tact and a nice interior... not a bad buy at all. A nice gunmetal paint job will send this car past the clouds-- in appearance anyway. john
Did anyone have a chance to get a close look? Were the doors, deck-lid and bonnet original to this car? They do not appear to fit well in any of the photos on-line or privately being circulated about. Does anyone know the original color combination and when it went to red? Thanks, Bill

Great day to build a Ferrari... my birthday! Of course, I am a 1965 model. That would be the right color to go back to and totally change the car's 1980's appearance! Cheers, Bill
