It was great to see the demonstrations of the 599XX, FXX on Sat at Homestead but are there any plans to race these in any series anywhere? Anyone know?

They are not legal to race in any class that I know of.

Club racing organizations would have take them any day, but pro series would require major modifications, either up or down.

Whether any of those owners would actually want to race is another matter altogether.

FXX program saw 30 built (#30, all black, no stripe is Schumi's), all customers were pre-selected and paid about 2.5M for the car. The idea is that car runs on special track days approved by Ferrari (Ferrari maintains the car). Idea being to share data with Ferrari for FXX improvement (latest is the EVO) and for future road Ferraris. Maserati has a similar program with the MC12 Corsa. If you want in depth info on the FXX program, go to this link
