Anyone have the procedure for changing the steering and F1 fluid in a 360?
Thanks for the offer Terry, but I already have one. I just can't seem to find the procedure within the manual. I don't even think it is part of the maintenance plan. All they mention is topping off the steering and F1 fluid as needed. If you can tell me where within the manual that they describe the changing of these fluids that would be great. Thanks, Alex
Alex- See if this helps. I have the procedure for the Maranello on the power steering, too, if you want it. Pretty much the same and involves filling and turning the steering wheel. Found it. There is a drain on the bottom of the tank for draining the fluid. When you refill it, the 575M WSM says to to turn the steering wheel five times with the engine off (that should be fun), check and top off, start the engine for only about 5 seconds and shut off and do five more steering wheel cycles. The power steering fluid should be changed every 2 years and the F1 fluid only needs topping up.
